Features on history

  • Anhedonia (loss of interest or pleasure)
  • Withdrawal from friends and family
  • No motivation, low frustration tolerance
  • Vegetative signs
    * Loss of libido
    * Weight loss and anorexia
    * Weight gain and hyperphagia
    * Lower energy level, fatigability
    * Abnormal menses
    * Sleep difficulties (insomnia, hypersomnia, terminal insomnia (early weaking))
    * Diurnal variation (worse in morning)
  • Constipation
  • Dry mouth
  • Headache
