Anti-cholinergic

Atropine is not used as an anti-emetic agent due to its CVS effects

Atropine also delays gastric emptying (????class effect)

 

Glycopyrrolate has negligible intestinal absorption

Glycopyrrolate does NOT cross BBB
--> No central effect e.g. anti-emesis
